CRM Techno Functional Consultant

Systems Arabia is looking for CRM Techno Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of our CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the offshore team of developers and CRM specialists in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Design and implement integration strategies with third-party applications, using various tools such as Azure Integration Services, Power Automate, and other APIs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure they align with business objectives.
• Lead the customization of D365 CRM modules to meet specific business needs, including entities, workflows, plugins, and form scripting.
• Ensure the platform is optimized for performance, scalability, and stability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and integration protocols.
• Review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior developers in coding standards and project methodologies.
• Communicate technical solutions and strategies with clients, project managers, and other key stakeholders, both offshore and onshore.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (including Project Operations).
• Solid understanding of customization, including custom entities, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript within Dynamics CRM.
• Must have prior D365 Project Operations implementation experience, configuring and enhancing project management functionalities.
• Hands on experience in D365 Sales or any other app implementation, configuring and enhancing project management functionalities.
• Experience with data migration and integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, or similar.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams in an offshore model.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, C#, .NET, and other relevant programming languages
• Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
