Job description

Manager Design Modular

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the BIM team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative design solutions for modular construction projects.
2. Collaborate with engineers, Revit/CAD users, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions for both MEP and interior fit-out.
3. Coordinate with manufacturing and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with production and assembly capabilities using DfMA principles.
4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
5. Conduct regular design reviews and quality control checks to maintain high standards.
6. Ensure drawings are properly maintained and managed through the document control team.
7. Report to the Senior Design Manager on a weekly basis.

Knowledge and Skills Needed:

• Proven experience in modular design, preferably within the contracting industry.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience, preferably within KSA or other GCC countries.
• Good communication skills.
