Job Description Summary
The Associate Business Analyst supports business analysis through routine report preparation, data collection, and the development of statistical reports. This entry-level role assists in coordinating project tasks, creating visual data presentations, and maintaining accurate records for business tracking. The position involves collaborating with various departments to gather necessary data and presenting initial analysis results to senior team members, contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

Operational Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prepare routine and special reports for review and approval
  2. Assist in conducting studies to support business objectives focusing on routine analyses and data collection
  3. Assist in developing and maintaining statistical reports
  4. Assist in preparing departmental reports such as business plans, accountability reports, and other related reports for management review and endorsement
  5. Support the execution of projects by helping coordinate schedules, resources, and tasks, and project documentation
  6. Create charts, graphs, and organize relevant statistics to visualize data effectively
  7. Communicate with proponents from different departments to gather required data
  8. Present initial analysis and data validation results to senior team members
  9. Maintain accurate records and statistical data for business tracking

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, financial management, health statistics, engineering, or a closely related field is required.
