Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales, Business Development & Marketing person to lead SDC’s commercial growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on large-scale landscaping initiatives, government-backed green projects, and sustainable development sectors. This role requires a motivated individual with strong networks in the landscaping and construction sectors, an understanding of green infrastructure trends, and the ability to promote innovative technologies like LNC to a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies targeting major landscaping initiatives, government programs (e.g., Green Riyadh, NEOM, Diriyah Gate), and private sector projects.
  • Identify, build, and manage a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities and key accounts within the landscaping, mega-project, and environmental sustainability sectors.
  • Actively engage with developers, engineering firms, landscaping contractors, and government agencies to position LNC as a preferred soil and water-saving solution.
  • Organize and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and technical marketing sessions to decision-makers, consultants, and client stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparation of commercial proposals aligned with value creation (water savings, operational efficiency, environmental impact).
  • Coordinate with technical, agronomy, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction from pilot projects through full-scale deployments.
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to build brand awareness of LNC in the Saudi landscaping market.
  • Represent SDC at industry events, exhibitions, and government-led initiatives to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Participating actively in contract negotiations and conversations, utilizing skills to secure advantageous pacts and partnerships in alignment with the company's strategic ambitions, all the while cultivating lasting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Devising and putting into action strategic plans that magnify the client base and expand revenue channels, which entails formulating personalized proposals for impactful presentations to potential clients.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in landscaping, agriculture, construction, or green infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record of building client relationships and winning large commercial projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of landscaping practices, soil management, irrigation challenges, and environmental sustainability requirements in desert climates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and operations teams.
  • Willingness to travel across the Kingdom for client meetings, site visits, and project launches.
