- Key Account & Channel Development: Build strong relationships with key HORECA and Bakery operators, securing new accounts, negotiating contracts, and driving menu placement and product solutions.
- Sales & Business Development: Achieve and exceed sales targets, develop and execute sales plans, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate on new product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market analysis, provide data-driven insights, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
- 5+ years of successful foodservice sales experience in Saudi Arabia, demonstrating strong distributor and key account management skills.
- Proven expertise in the HORECA and Bakery channels, with experience managing a diverse portfolio encompassing Bakery Ingredients, Frozen (Ice Cream, Frozen Vegetables), and Snacks.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, develop effective pricing models, and drive revenue growth through key account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sales forecasting and market strategy execution.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience using CRM and sales management tools is preferred.
