Responsibilities:

The role requires an initial commitment of 6 months to assist the client. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's governance, risk, and compliance programs. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks, and compliance strategies to ensure the organization operates within legal and ethical boundaries.

Conduct GRC-Based Reviews:

• Perform comprehensive reviews of asset and infrastructure projects.

  
  

• Ensure projects align with the client’s governance framework.

  
  

• Verify compliance with internal policies and procedures.

  
  

• Ensure adherence to external legal and regulatory requirements.

  
  

Support Internal Audit Program:

• Assist the GRC Director and project teams in responding to the current Internal Audit program.

  
  

• Develop and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.

  
  

• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented actions and ensure continuous improvement.

  
  

Assist in GRC-Related Tasks:

• Provide support to the GRC Director in various governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tasks.

  
  

• Participate in the development and enhancement of GRC policies and procedures.

  
  

• Contribute to the preparation of GRC reports and documentation.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferably with Engineering background.

  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance.

  
  

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  
  

• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISSP are a plus.

  
  

• Background in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), process management, or controls.

  
  

• Strong understanding of internal audit processes and regulatory compliance.
