Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Management Information Systems & Finance graduates to join our team. We have two specialized roles: one focused on data analytics and reporting, and the other on project management. The ideal candidates will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of our STEM and Energy Access programs, ensuring alignment with our Global Citizenship objectives. Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Citizenship initiatives is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

For Data Analytics & Reporting Candidate:

• Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain secure, organized data records to support reporting and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement metrics, dashboards, and tools to evaluate the impact of STEM and Energy Access programs.
• Prepare detailed reports on program activities, progress, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather input and data for sustainability and citizenship reporting.
• Analyze data related to citizenship and outreach activities to prepare comprehensive sustainability reports.
• Regularly track and report on program progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing insights for enhancement.

For Project Management Candidate:

• Contribute to the design, planning, and development of STEM and Energy Access programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage and oversee program activities, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate efforts across global offices to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure consistency.
• Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure all milestones are achieved.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize governance, compliance, and operational processes.
• Ensure all activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and outcomes for stakeholders.
