Roles & Responsibilities
  1. QA Manager (ARAMCO SAP No Preferred).
  2. University Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years inspection / QA/QC experience in oil and gas.
  3. Familiar with all Saudi Aramco and international standards, ISO 9001:2015, and certified lead auditor.
  4. Prepare, review, and approve project Quality Plans, Procedures, Audit Plans, ITPs, etc.
  5. Implement, monitor, and control quality processes during project execution until mechanical completion and handover to the client.
  6. Oversee quality assurance and control activities, develop and implement quality control procedures, work instructions, inspection and testing plans, and coordinate with the customer’s representatives onsite.
  7. Assign quality control personnel to various areas of activity.
  8. Monitor daily quality issues and project complaints in accordance with the approved quality plan.
  9. Review and prepare quality control procedures as necessary.
  10. Supervise inspectors' daily logs and quality records; control non-conformance issues onsite.
  11. Prepare project quality management reports, inspection/testing plan checklists, etc.
  12. Ensure the overall Quality Management System (QMS) of the project is established, monitored, and controlled.
  13. Issue project Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures, ITPs, and forms.
  14. Review inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
  15. Evaluate supplier/sub-supplier quality systems.
  16. Develop audit plans and conduct audits within the system and subcontractors.
  17. Implement training programs and prepare monthly reports.
  18. Ensure systematic collation and compilation of quality documents and records.
  19. Monitor and control subcontractors' QMS for the project.
