Job description

As a Senior Sales Engineer – Security Solutions at Johnson Controls, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our security business. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and designing integrated security systems including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Deliver technical presentations to clients, explaining products and solutions that meet their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and stakeholders in the building technology ecosystem.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Johnson Controls’ security portfolio, market trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in security systems or building technologies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of integrated security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, VMS).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with design and estimation tools used in security solution proposals.
  • Experience working with multinational companies or large system integrators is a plus.
  • Previous experience or strong knowledge in Johnson controls security systems I.e. Kantech, software house, CEM, Exacq VMS , American dynamics , Victor VMS , ilustara cameras, ... etc is a Plus
