Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail sales. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage time effectively to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Develop commission structure to encourage and reward the right behaviour and successful target achievement.
- Train sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Monitor sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and motivation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist customers with their purchases and aftersales-service, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in visual merchandising to promote products effectively.
- Analyse sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop store policies and procedures and ensure compliance, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experienced with good knowledge of jewellery (Gold, Diamonds)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for jewellery and able to excite and build relationship with customers
- Saudi National with proficiency in Arabic and English.
