DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER – FINANCE Long-term commitment needed

Reporting to the General Manager, you will actively partake in the company’s strategic direction, while ensuring the intentions, objective and goals of your Financial portfolio are unambiguously shared with all Heads and employees. Common alignment among divisions is imperative. You will play a key role in rationalising and improving policies, procedures, leading-edge systems and generally enhancing the financial and administrative efficacy of this multi-branch organisation.

Desired Candidate Profile

You are unquestionably revered as an inspirational financial leader who can give evidence of having the gravitas to perform in any large, multi-branch organisation that interfaces on the international scene. Having a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, Professional certifications (CPA.CFA,CA) and 15+ years’ experience in agency dealer activities (wholesale and retail sales), you are completely up to date in the ERP world of products like Sage, Accpac, etc. and you consider yourself an expert in foreign exchange revaluation.

As the organisational scriptwriter, orchestrator and overseer of a complex consolidated budget, you are admired for your ability to simplify technical jargon into rational simplicity that others understand and, ultimately, lend their support to. As both a financial report writer and presenter to BODs, your messaging is unequivocally factual, fair and balanced – something you take great pride in.

It will be highly advantageous if you have Saudi expat experience, market knowledge and/or a sound grasp in Saudi Labour Law, but these aspects are not essential, especially as you have the capacity to learn and adapt accordingly.

In the absence of the GM, you stand ready to step-up to the plate.
