Responsibilities:
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Utilizes data and analysis to propose policies and activities that enhance organizational culture, such as improving the recruitment and retention of qualified candidates, resolving staffing issues, increasing employee motivation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Utilizes various sources to gather and compile HR data such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records, among others.
- Examines HR metrics and data to identify trends and patterns related to employee recruitment, retention, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or HR related software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field.
- Saudi National.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Not registered in GOSI for a minimum period of Six months.
- Must be eligible for the Tamheer program by obtaining acceptance from TAQAT/Hadaf.
- Must not have been previously registered under the Tamheer program.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong academic background.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
