Location : Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center - Malham

About the Role :

Our client is seeking a dynamic and personable Event Associate to represent our organization at our booth during a 4-day event. The role involves actively engaging with visitors, demonstrating our products, gathering feedback, and creating content (photos, videos, and testimonials). This is a short-term contract role ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Engage with Visitors
  • Greet and interact with booth visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about our company, products, and services.
  • Encourage visitors to try product demonstrations and guide them through the process.
  • Content Creation
    • Capture high-quality photos and videos of visitors interacting with the booth and products.
    • Assist in collecting video testimonials and feedback from visitors.
  • Booth Maintenance & Reporting
    • Ensure the booth is organized, presentable, and stocked with promotional materials.
    • Distribute brochures and other marketing items to visitors.
    • Record visitor details, inquiries, and significant feedback.
  • Assist with Marketing Efforts
    • Promote engagement by encouraging visitors to share their experience on social media (if applicable).
    • Support the team with any additional booth activities.
  • Adhoc tasks
    • Perform any additional booth-related activities as required.
    The Profile

    Requirements :

    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
    • Professionalism: Presentable appearance and demeanor to represent the brand effectively.
    • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones or cameras for photos, videos, and testimonials.
    • Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative and engage visitors with enthusiasm.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
    • Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to the full duration of the event.
    Compensation :
    • Salary ranging from 700 to 1000 SAR, depending on interview performance.
    • Additional benefits: Lunch every day.
