Job description

At Electra we need talented people that will share our vision to be the obvious contracting partner for local & international players who wish to set up an Events or Exhibitions within the GCC.


Under the guidance of the Store & Warehouse / Logistics Manager, the Expeditor is responsible to complete the delivery cycle, from “Order placement until and including the GRN booking”.


Main Accountabilities

  • Execute daily operations to ensure optimal assistance to Electra.
  • Communicating with various stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of goods & services.
  • Maintain business systems with accurate information to enable optimum reporting and performance i.e. but not limited to;
    • Uploading Delivery documents
    • Creating the GRN transactions
    • Submitting Logistics Requests
    • Submitting Purchase Requests
    • Physical count and receiving of goods, where applicable, verify correctness c/w matching documentation before upload.
    • The preparation & analysis of reports i.e. Open Purchase Reports.
    • Engage with all stakeholders to encourage vendors to prevent, detect and eradicate breaches of ethical standards.
    • Responsible for petty cash handling.
    • Ensure SLA / KPI targets are met for all major processes assigned.
    • Ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
