A leading company in the construction sector is seeking a seasoned professional to lead business development and manage tender processes in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and extensive experience in project management and tendering. This role requires fluency in English and Arabic, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Lead business development activities in Saudi Arabia and other regions within KSA. - Manage tender processes, including both technical and commercial aspects. - Oversee marketing activities throughout the tender lifecycle (pre-tender, during tender, and post-tender phases). - Perform other duties as assigned.
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. 2. Work Experience: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in project site management or tendering. - At least 3 years of experience in international companies or Top 20 local companies in KSA. - Familiarity with key clients in KSA. 3. Skills and Attributes: Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 4. Location: Based in KSA. 5. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
