Job Purpose

Overall sales activities to manage the Lucy Electric business with SEC throughout Saudi Arabia.

Job Context

The role will be based in Saudi Arabia. Visits to all the regions you are responsible for are required. You will undertake other duties as instructed to maintain or improve the efficiency, quality, and service provided by LSA management and the Sales Department.

Job Dimensions

Meet sales targets for the LE business.

Key Accountabilities
  1. SEC Sales Management – ensure SEC account achieves its monthly/annual sales targets, measured monthly against SIOP target.
  2. Create, formulate, and execute dedicated business plans for existing, emerging, and new potential in SEC, aligned with the 5-year MTP, reviewed yearly.
  3. Manage all aspects of LE with SEC, including on-time delivery, after-sales orders, timely payments, and resolving pending cases with the technical department.
  4. Identify and develop new markets for Lucy products and services; forecast quarterly and annual profits within the SEC account, reviewed yearly by achievement figures.
  5. Partner Management – develop, manage, and measure the performance of existing contacts in SEC as part of account management.
  6. Marketing – assist in selecting appropriate marketing tools to develop business with SEC, reviewed yearly by partner feedback.
  7. Management – oversee administrative office staff to enable focus on sales and business development for SEC.
  8. Recommends product lines by identifying new opportunities, surveying SEC needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
  9. Contribute to the business direction as a member of the LSA sales team, reviewed yearly by achievement figures in the industrial market and added value.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
