1. Process Management
- Develop and improve process standards and operating procedures for solar cells and modules;
- Monitor execution of processes in real time, promptly identify and correct deviations to ensure stable and efficient production.
2. Process Development & Optimization
- Lead the research and introduction of new processes and technologies to enhance product competitiveness;
- Continuously optimize current process parameters, solve on-site technical issues, and improve capacity and yield rates.
3. Quality Control & Management
- Organize quality inspections for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products, and drive closed-loop corrective actions for any issues found;
- Work closely with the quality team to handle customer complaints and provide professional process support.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with international standards.
4. Team & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Participate in team building, talent development, and performance evaluation to enhance technical capabilities;
- Collaborate closely with equipment, R&D, production, and quality departments to ensure efficient coordination of process-related activities.
Requirements
- Proficient in photovoltaic (PV) cell and module manufacturing processes, with a solid understanding of key production steps such as wafer treatment, cell fabrication and sorting, stringing, lamination, and framing;
- Familiar with international and domestic PV industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL), with a strong background in quality control and management;
- Well-versed in process optimization and simulation methodologies, with hands-on experience in equipment selection and commissioning;
- Skilled in using relevant process engineering and analytical software tools;
- Proficient in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to use English as a working language.
