Key Responsibilities :

  • On-site Project Management : Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and direct site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Quality Control : Ensure high-quality workmanship, inspecting and monitoring construction activities.
  • Schedule Management : Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication : Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
  • Safety Management : Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve site-related issues, collaborating with teams to find solutions.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
