Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for tax declaration, audit, and bill management.
- Responsible for daily financial accounting and management of financial files.
- Responsible for the review of expense reimbursements.
- Prepare financial statements, check the domestic and overseas differences of financial statements with the parent company and the group in China, and manufacture instructions.
- Cooperate with third parties to complete daily tasks including finance, taxation, audit, and customs clearance services.
- Responsible for the inventory and management of the company's assets.
- Responsible for administrative and personnel work, including attendance management, overseas industry and commerce, seal management, wage accounting, social security payments, and labor relations management.
Skills
- Chinese can be used as a working language.
- Bachelor's degree holder with proven academic or work experience in the finance sector.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
