Job Description

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Logistics Planning & Optimization Experienced Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing and continuously optimizing the Transport, Trade & Logistics (TT&L) operations. You will manage daily operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement of TT&L processes, tools, and services. Your efforts will ensure goods are shipped efficiently while meeting quality, legal, and cost parameters. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end G/C transportation planning, verifying and approving freight unit data, selecting MOT, checking routes and carriers, calculating charges, creating Freight Orders, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve shipment issues.

How you’ll make an impact

• Managing import/export customs operations with customs brokers for general cargo, heavy lift, and parcel orders.
• Creating and verifying import/export customs declaration files, ensuring correct HS classification and descriptions, and uploading documents into SAP GTS.
• Communicating customs instructions and managing documentation with customs brokers and authorities.
• Supporting customs clearance processes and resolving related issues.
• Managing IPR and OPR cases with customs brokers.
• Supporting compliance with preferential origin rules and international trade regulations.
• Collaborating with CTCO to apply for export incentives and licenses.

Your background

• Diploma or MBA in Logistics, Operations Management, or related field from a recognized institute.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in logistics and global trade.
• Experience with logistics and customs operations in KSA.
• Strong understanding of transportation modes, import/export, and customs procedures globally.
• Good relationships with logistics suppliers locally and internationally.
• Knowledge of SAP TM, SAP GTS, and SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
