Providing a professional, effective and advanced channel of communication with all Magrabi clients using MAGRABI call center technology and software in order to better serve, respond and interact with all Magrabi clients and prospects while applying MAGRABI standards of service.

Skills

• Handle all outbound calls to Magrabi clients and book appointments on the system.
• Respond to all clients queries as per MAGRABI standards and policies.
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly patient satisfaction outbound surveys.
• Handle patient complaints as per MAGRABI policies and procedures.
• Send confirmatory text short messages via MAGRABI SMS application after appointment setting.
• Participate in outbound calls for appointment cancelations.
• Undertake any other task given by the up line direct supervisor within the realm of his/her knowledge and abilities.
