About this opportunity:

We are seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead assigned customer projects, ensuring project goals are met, customer expectations are fulfilled, and relationships are managed effectively within the scope of the contract.

What you will do:

• Establish the project plan baseline: define scope, secure resources, and monitor activities.
• Drive project execution: track activities, manage changes, conflicts, and critical issues.
• Handle customer and partner engagement: build confidence, trust, and manage meetings and events.
• Manage project finances: monitor financial systems.
• Develop the business: participate in contract preparation and pre-sales meetings.
• Enhance CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas.

The skills you bring:

• Education: PMP Certification is required; relevant Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: 7-12 years in end-to-end/full cycle Project Management.
• Skills: Financial acumen, business understanding, consultative selling, communication, customer insight, negotiation, influencing, project management, timeline commitment, occupational health & safety, leadership, planning, organizing, proficiency in English.
