Job Description

We are seeking a world-class Key Account Director to drive transformative growth across the Gulf region. This quota-carrying, individual contributor role focuses on strategic industry accounts and large complex wins. You will own the entire sales cycle, coordinating internal and external resources to create high-impact outcomes.

This role requires ownership, leadership without authority, and a drive for transformation, not just transactions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own and drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — across assigned strategic industries
  • Deliver consistent multi-million-dollar enterprise wins
  • Build deep, trusted relationships at CxO and Board levels
  • Orchestrate complex stakeholder engagements internally and externally
  • Collaborate with GSIs, partners, and the IFS ecosystem to amplify success
  • Execute strategic account plans and create pathways for long-term customer success
  • Be a catalyst for change — influencing both customers and the IFS go-to-market approach
Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Strong relationships and network within strategic industries (Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Telco, Manufacturing) in the Gulf region; Middle East experience preferred
  • 10+ years of proven success selling complex enterprise software deals with consistent large wins
  • Expertise in managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales
  • Gravitas, resilience, and an absolute focus on results
  • Ability to lead complex pursuits through influence, collaboration, and vision
  • Hands-on, ownership mindset — no room for spectators
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
