We're looking for a resourceful and experienced Field Producer to lead on-location shoots, manage field crews, and ensure seamless execution of production plans. The Field Producer serves as the primary on-set lead, bridging creative direction with real-time production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Production:

• Coordinate shoot logistics including permits, travel, gear, and crew.
• Scout locations (remotely or in person) and assess production feasibility.
• Prepare call sheets, schedules, and production briefs.
• Participate in story planning and prep interviews when applicable.

On-Set Production:

• Serve as the lead producer on set, directing field logistics, talent, and crew.
• Conduct or guide interviews, oversee b-roll capture, and ensure creative intent is maintained.
• Troubleshoot real-time challenges while maintaining schedule and budget integrity.
• Ensure proper collection of releases and compliance with safety protocols.

Post-Shoot:

• Deliver organized footage and media logs to post-production.
• Write detailed field notes to support editorial.
• Flag standout content or potential gaps to editors or creative leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a field producer or similar role in video production.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, shoot logistics, and crew roles.
• Comfortable working with directors remotely and relaying their vision on set.
• Editorial sensibility to shape interviews, flag good soundbites, and identify story opportunities.
• Experience managing a variety of formats (e.g., doc-style, branded, promo).
• Familiarity with file delivery, releases, shoot logs, and common production tools (e.g., Dropbox, Frame.io, Monday.com).
• Ability to travel and adapt to fast-changing environments.
