Key Responsibilities

Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and evaluate existing interfaces.

Analyze data and user feedback to continuously improve UX.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design solutions.

Maintain and evolve the design system and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across products.

Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and align with brand guidelines.

Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies.

Translate complex problems and concepts into clean, user-friendly solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.

Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and user research methodologies.

Experience in designing responsive and accessible user interfaces.

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.

Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work and design thinking process.
