Job description

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Ensure that projects are supported with Construction Department guidelines and that the construction process is in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow the methods of statement checklists that will be required during the construction
• Prepare permit to work.
• Submit the material request, and perform material return related to area of specialization through the company system.
• Reporting the tools, equipment and the manpower of each activity to direct manager through the company system.
• Attend construction meetings.
• Promote safety and quality culture within the project
• Ensure customer satisfaction (zero complain).
• Issue IR after completion of work in his area of specialization.
• Submit the lessons learned and Discipline library and case studies
• Submit the red line drawings after finishing the construction activity.

SAFETY AND QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the safety standards and comply with organization's Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
• Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
• Follow and maintain organization standards of Quality in accordance with organization Quality System requirements.

SOCIAL COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain organization's social management system policy via follow and report any deviated cases against PSP IMS policy.
• Take his own responsibility to comply with the social accountability requirements according to the standard SA8000.
• Co-operate with the SP team for any further communication in order to improve and enhance the level of implementation and compliance with the organization's social management system.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• + 3 years of work experience in the related field.
• Experience in Power Plants or Substations or synchronous Condenser is must.
