As a Human Resource Business Partner at Siemens Energy, your day will revolve around being the key point of contact for management and employees on all strategic and operational people-related topics within your designated business areas. You will collaborate closely with various functions to implement effective HR programs, strategically plan workforce changes, and drive initiatives focused on Saudization and gender diversity. Your role will be crucial in ensuring adherence to global HR standards while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for management and employees on strategic and operational topics.
  • Drive the implementation of effective HR programs, including recruiting and people development.
  • Strategically plan workforce changes and guide staffing coordination with other HR functions.
  • Spearhead Saudization and gender diversity initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality and adherence to global HR standards and local practices.
  • Utilize market dynamics and competitor practices to inform short- and long-term HR strategies.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a matrix multinational organization.
  • Experience in business growth and ramp-up HR projects.
  • Deep knowledge of KSA labor regulations and HR practices.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English languages.
  • This position is restricted to Saudi nationals only due to local requirements.
