Job Overview



We are hiring for a NetApp Account Manager to be responsible for driving sales of Date Center storage solutions. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with Partners, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions that leverage’s technology.



Duties & Responsibilities




  • Leading the sales efforts for the products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

  • Developing and managing strategic account plans, working closely with Account Technology Specialists and partners.

  • Handling the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including qualification, solution design, pricing, and negotiation.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.

  • Using a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and proposing appropriate solutions.

  • Working collaboratively with internal Teams and partners to identify and capture sales opportunities.

  • Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.


Skills & Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.

  • Prior experience is not required but would be considered a plus.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and partners.
