Job description

Job Role :

To provide operational support to the sales team by coordinating with internal and external partners, equipping the team with the necessary tools and knowledge, and ensuring smooth sales operations across all channels, while efficiently resolving technical issues and managing the document lifecycle to ensure continuous and effective performance.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to align communication efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Clearly communicate product and pricing updates to sales channels to keep the team informed of the latest developments.
  • Provide the sales team with necessary tools, training, and information to effectively engage with customers and communicate the offerings.
  • Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and resources to successfully meet customer needs.
  • Offer ongoing support for sales operations across all sales channels, ensuring coordination between departments and smooth daily functioning.
  • Interface with IT/technical teams to resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring no disruptions in sales operations.
  • Manage and execute the complete document lifecycle for both physical and digital formats, including indexing, processing, verification, archiving, and retrieval.

Job Specifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
