Online Consultant for Malayalees in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our Malayalee clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Malayalee clients with inquiries, product information, and technical support through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products and services.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
- Resolve client complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and achieve performance targets.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam language (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Knowledge of online communication channels (email, chat, social media).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts including weekends.
- Preference will be given to candidates with accommodation in Al Kharj.
