Project Manager - MEP consultancy

One of the leading MEP specialist construction companies requires a Project Manager for a new project in Riyadh.

The successful candidate shall oversee the entire operation of the project or multiple projects in coordination with the managerial project staff, the client/client representative, and the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and funding parameters.
2. Ensure all aspects of the project have been reviewed, analyzed, and that the necessary action is taken.
3. Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the project and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
4. Ensure the project(s) progress on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
5. Confer with project staff to outline work plan and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
6. Ensure timely, thorough, professional, and documented review and related action taken.
7. Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.
8. Ensure a realistic and quality program is delivered that ensures project success.
9. Responsible for overall quality management of major project program.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
PMP Certification preferred.

1. Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience including supervision.
2. Expert knowledge of project management best practices, tools, techniques, analysis, and methods.
3. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
4. Expert knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, which includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
