Job Description: P&G Sales Manager

As a P&G Sales Manager, you’ll develop our joint business with retailers, crafting category and brand plans that delight shoppers both in-store and online. You will build collaborative relationships and deepen business understanding. How Success Looks Like
  • Serve as a trusted business advisor and the point of brand and category expertise with our customers.
  • Work effectively across diverse environments, including multiple product lines, business units, and functions, to create value and meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to retailer category strategies by innovating solutions to complex challenges and managing significant customer accounts.
Responsibilities of the Role
  • Manage and deliver sales, market share, gross contribution, and stewardship across the Independent Channel.
  • Develop, sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, logistics, operations, and other teams to develop strategies and plans.
  • Manage and develop Joint Business Plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Translate Business Plans into actionable selling stories for customers.
  • Coordinate with in-field merchandising agencies to execute in-store plans.
  • Build productive relationships with key customer contacts and negotiate mutually beneficial business plans.
  • Analyze raw data to derive actionable insights.
  • Utilize analytical tools and integrate data systems to uncover new insights.
Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic financial knowledge.
  • Experience in sales across multiple channels is desirable.
