Job description

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, and server management
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Result driven and service oriented
  • Awareness with Information Security Management System standards
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and virtualization technologies is a plus
  • Microsoft and Cisco certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to internal staff and external clients
  • Support and maintain network and server infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with the group IT standards and procedures
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that all systems are integrated and working together seamlessly
  • Provide training and support to end-users as needed
