Job Overview:
The Senior Director Asset Management will lead a hospitality portfolio team overseeing multiple hotels, ensuring smooth openings and optimizing performance within the Qiddiya City development project. Responsibilities include developing asset management frameworks, negotiating management agreements, managing hotel operations, developing strategic relationships, and analyzing asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Hospitality Asset Management Strategy (HAMS).
- Design and build the Asset Management team structure, including hiring.
- Establish operational policies, standards, and KPIs for hospitality assets.
- Manage negotiations and execution of hotel management agreements.
- Oversee hotel handovers, onboarding, pre-opening activities, and budgets.
- Build relationships with hotel operators and service providers.
- Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with city commitments.
- Collaborate with other asset class teams to enhance customer experience and asset performance.
- Monitor and analyze performance and risks across the portfolio.
- Formulate strategic responses to performance issues.
- Analyze operations, business plans, and market trends.
- Make recommendations for strategic plans and investments.
- Research market conditions affecting hospitality assets.
- Review operational performance with hotel teams regularly.
- Address ownership issues proactively.
- Manage capital deployment and monitor investments.
