We're Hiring: Workshop Supervisor

Role Purpose

Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the company's workshop activities, including preparation and execution of ongoing planned works, control of equipment and tools allocation, leading all workshop craftsmen, stock control for consumables, and managing received and dispatched goods.

Location: Dammam | Division: Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workshop schedules and technicians
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance (HSE)
• Oversee repairs, diagnostics, and inventory control
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients
• Ensure safe loading and offloading in the workshop, maintain organized and clean working areas
• Plan and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance for all workshop equipment
• Follow daily timesheets for all workshop craftsmen and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in electrical/HT/MV motor repair
• Strong knowledge of rotary machine testing and maintenance
• Computer proficiency (Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
