Job description

Al Borg Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic health services, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer in Taif. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction at our Taif branch.

At Al Borg Diagnostics, we prioritize the needs of our customers and strive to provide a seamless experience. As a Customer Care Officer, you will play a vital role in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.

Responsibilities
  1. Greeting walk-in customers politely, promptly, and helpfully, providing necessary information or instructions, and addressing customer needs & inquiries.
  2. Following up on B2C sales daily/monthly to achieve targets.
  3. Answering the phone in a pleasant manner and maintaining a clean, orderly reception area, including waiting areas and bathrooms.
  4. Receiving ready results, reviewing and checking them before delivery to the patient, ensuring they are complete, signed, and free from fees, and delivering results to customers or faxing them to referring clients.
  5. Using Al Borg laboratory computer system for registration, creating job orders, issuing bills upon receiving fees, and printing necessary forms for specific tests.
  6. Directing customers to the lab manager or designee for queries, handling walk-in customer complaints, and directing them to fill out a complaint report.
  7. Distributing customer satisfaction survey forms to walk-in customers, collecting completed surveys, and calling customers for additional information if needed.
  8. Printing daily cash revenue reports, sending lab requests and deleted job orders to the accounting department, and providing administrative support for meetings.
  9. Coordinating sample collection orders and arranging courier services.
  10. Adhering to all duties according to national regulations and CAP standards, if applicable.
  11. Training newly hired receptionists.
  12. Performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. Health Diploma in Health Management, Medical Records, Medical Laboratories, or equivalent; Bachelor Degree preferred.
  2. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  5. Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
  6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  8. Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  9. Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  10. Availability to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
