This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding international leadership career. In this fast-tracked, 2-year program, you'll be placed at the heart of our customer-focused business model, giving you full responsibility from day one.

Throughout the program you'll work with global colleagues, interact with senior management, and have a dedicated mentor. You'll attend global summits, take on key rotations, and handle high-profile projects. This program is more than just work; it's a transformative journey filled with learning, growth, and invaluable experiences that will shape your perspective as a budding professional.

What does the role involve

Hilti Outperformer is a unique global management development program. Over two years, we prepare you for a leadership role by immersing you in our customer-centric business model. The program is fast-paced and challenging, but you will receive coaching and mentorship, and gain international experience through various tasks and a social project.

Business Track:

1. 12 months as an account manager, gaining hands-on experience with our customers, products, services, and software.
2. 3 months on an operational market organization project.
3. 6 months on a strategic regional project.
4. 3 months on an international project outside the META region (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa).

What do we offer

You will receive support for learning, growth, and career development, including mentorship by a senior leader and participation in Global Outperformer Summits.

• Hilti Summit: 4-5 days at our headquarters in Schaan, Liechtenstein, for a global business overview.
• CSR Summit: 7-8 days working on a house-building project to improve living conditions for those in need.
• Leadership Course & Summit: A course at a renowned European business school and a 5-day onsite summit.

What you need is:

• Recent graduate or graduating in 2025 with at least a master's degree, preferably in business management, engineering, or finance, but open to others with a business mindset.
• 3 months to 4 years of work experience, with a desire to perform and grow.
• Connection to the Middle East, Turkey, or Africa through birth, education, or work experience.
• Fluency in English and at least one other language.
• International experience through work, internships, or studies abroad.
• Mature, assertive, curious, committed, flexible, and a good communicator and team player.
• Interested in management topics, intercultural experiences, and willing to work abroad.

Please note: Preselection questions are mandatory. The interview process begins in early May-June, including a video screening, face-to-face interviews, a field ride, and an assessment center in September. The program starts in October.
