Human Resources Business Partner Manager

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner Manager

Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary: The HR Business Partner Manager is responsible for leading all HR operations, processes, and solutions at Accenture, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, and culture. Provides backend HR services to all business units, including administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the HR leadership position for Saudi Arabia
  • Consult with business management and provide HR guidance
  • Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs
  • Suggest new HR strategies

Job Qualifications:

  • Saudi national
  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, human resources, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of HR management or business partnering experience
  • Excellent people management skills and understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Substantial experience with stakeholder management in large, complex organizations
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills
  • Executive presence and ability to interface with senior executives
  • Proven leadership, motivation, and mentoring skills in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work effectively under pressure
  • Negotiation, mediation, and conflict-management skills
  • Analytical and goal-oriented mindset
