Summary: SailPoint Developer/Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient IAM solutions that meet business requirements.

• Develop and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now Hybrid solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IAM requirements, providing technical expertise and solutions.
• Design and implement identity lifecycle management, access request workflows, certification campaigns, and entitlement management within SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now.
• Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies and rules.
• Implement access provisioning and de-provisioning processes for various applications and systems.
• Utilize middleware for integration; develop web services and RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, CRM, and other SAP modules.
• Migrate SAP IDM services to SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now, ensuring smooth transition with minimal disruption.
• Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now with BMC Remedy ITSM platform.
• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.
• Implement and manage password management solutions within SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now.
• Stay updated with SailPoint product updates and industry best practices to enhance identity governance.
• Handle reporting, audit, and integration with SIEM solutions.
• Install and configure SOD landscapes across environments (Development, QA, Production, DR).
• Perform backup and restore of SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now systems.
• Develop SOWs for onboarding target applications, end-user instructions, operational guides, and design documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience as a SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now Developer, with expertise in identity lifecycle management, access request, certification, entitlement, RBAC, access provisioning, and password management.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Knowledge of IAM principles, best practices, and industry standards.
• Experience using middleware for system integration.
• Proficiency in developing web services and APIs for system integration.
• Expertise in SAP solutions, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, HCM, CRM, BW, SRM, GRC, and other modules.
• Experience migrating SAP IDM services to SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• SailPoint IdentityIQ/Now certification is a plus.
