Job description

We are looking for an Installer with a service mindset to provide professional service to our customers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves on-site installation of equipment, with a primary focus on safety and compliance with KONE's standards. The installer must proactively address issues, minimize disruptions, and communicate effectively with customers.

The responsibilities include:

1. Caring about safety on site by applying good safety practices, highlighting proactive risk identification, and STOP and GO principles.
2. Managing on-site communication with the customer regarding daily installation activities, in coordination with the Field Supervisor.
3. Managing the equipment installation environment during activities.
4. Performing reception, checking, and storage of materials, ensuring the security of delivered equipment.
5. Carrying out installation according to predetermined methods and schedules.
6. Ensuring high-quality and timely installation following KONE methods, mainly as described in AM instructions.
7. Reporting installation progress to the Field Supervisor.
8. Keeping installation tooling safe and in good condition.
9. Promoting quality feedback and contributing to product improvement through feedback to the supply line.
10. Reacting promptly to unexpected events by communicating with the Field Supervisor.
11. Applying lean principles to avoid work interruptions and promoting huddles initiatives.

Minimum requirements:

1. ITI / Vocational Certificate, Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation) or equivalent.
2. Good verbal and written English communication skills.
3. At least 5 years of experience in a reputed elevator company.
