About this opportunity:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support customer engagements, execute account-based marketing strategies, and create impactful customer experiences within specific customer units/accounts. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads for sustainable growth.

What you will do:

  1. Analyze the market, customer, and competitor landscape for assigned accounts.
  2. Develop effective account strategies and plans to accelerate adoption within specific accounts.
  3. Contribute to a high-performance marketing culture.
  4. Participate in sales account planning to share marketing insights and develop positioning strategies.
  5. Drive customer engagements and create impactful experiences through planning, managing, executing, and following up on marketing campaigns aligned with the customer journey.
  6. Coordinate with global teams to provide marketing content tailored to customer needs.
  7. Plan and execute customer-specific events, workshops, and activities based on global campaign plans.
  8. Generate leads within specific accounts and measure campaign success, making adjustments as needed.
  9. Build strong relationships with customer and account teams to engage early in the sales process and foster customer needs.
  10. Position Ericsson as a market leader and promote market growth.
