Working as part of our hugely successful MEA sales team, we are seeking someone who can drive both digital and print product sales for our school customers across the GCC. You will lead the sales team, helping them to achieve their targets, whilst building strong customer relationships with our K12 customers so we continue to realise business growth.

What is this about?

Our new Sales Manager will manage the GCC region, with a focus on Saudi Arabia, developing and implementing sales strategies that will grow existing accounts, and generate new business. You will analyse market behaviours, oversee daily sales operations, meet revenue targets, and ensure the team delivers on business expectations, whilst upholding McGraw Hill's values.

A typical day might include:

  • Setting sales goals and performance benchmarks for the team.
  • Mentoring, training, enabling, and hiring sales representatives.
  • Fostering a collaborative, and results-driven working environment.
  • Addressing client enquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conducting market and competitor research - adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Tracking and analysing performance data. Then, preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior managers


What can you bring to the role?
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with strong leadership and team management skills.
  • An understanding and experience of working within the academic/K12 sector.
  • An adeptness at making region-specific decisions, managing complex situations, with excellent business acumen skills.
  • The ability to work under a challenging and competitive environment, coupled with the natural drive to achieve aggressive business growth targets.
  • A fluency in English. Fluency in Arabic would be beneficial.
