About the Role:

The Team Manager in the Bakery Business Unit (Production Department) is responsible for organizing and assisting the assigned shift to execute production plans within scheduled timelines, ensuring quality standards and budget adherence. The manager supervises and manages operators to operate efficiently, maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training and Safety: Plan all necessary training to maximize efficiency and safety within the department.
2. Quality: Ensure products meet all specifications by optimizing quality.
3. Service: Maximize departmental service to internal customers by meeting forecasted volume demands.
4. Cost Control: Optimize yield and minimize wastage to enhance profitability.
5. Production Targets: Achieve the shift's production plan within the scheduled time.
6. Hygiene Standards: Ensure production techniques are carried out under the highest hygienic conditions to prevent micro-contaminations.
7. Preventive Maintenance: Follow up on production preventive maintenance schedules and ensure all PPM tasks are completed on time.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in production management.
• Strong knowledge and commitment to workplace safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Focus on maintaining and improving productivity levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
