Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Officer Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, etc.).
  3. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments.
  4. Manage job postings, ensuring they align with company branding and role requirements.
  5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
  6. Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  7. Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to hiring and recruitment.
  9. Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics to improve processes.
  10. Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs to enhance the company's talent pipeline.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, HR policies, and labor laws.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
