Job Title: Business Growth Manager

Role Purpose:

The Business Growth Manager plays a vital role in driving forward the Group's vision for expansion, innovation, and long-term market leadership. This position is responsible for identifying and shaping strategic growth opportunitiesranging from new ventures and market entries to acquisitions and joint initiatives. A core part of the role includes close coordination with subsidiaries and their creative teams to ensure that new initiatives align with the broader pipeline and strategic direction of the Group.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives
  • Lead the exploration and shaping of new business opportunities that align with the Group's long-term vision. This includes identifying new markets, revenue streams, audience segments, and experience-based models across cultural and creative sectors.
  • Opportunity Assessment and Market Analysis
  • Conduct deep-dive market research and opportunity assessments to uncover high-impact ventures, trends, and commercial pathways. Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on feasibility, alignment with Group values, and potential for scalable growth.
  • Venture & Acquisition Support
  • Explore potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and new business models. Support the development of clear business cases, proposals, and strategic rationales for partnerships that expand the Group's portfolio and influence.
  • Collaboration with Subsidiaries
  • Act as a strategic liaison between the Group and its subsidiaries to ensure alignment on growth priorities. Work alongside subsidiary leads and creative teams to understand their pipelines, support emerging concepts, and identify opportunities for group-wide value creation.
  • Innovation Scouting and Creative Pipeline Alignment
  • Engage with internal creative teams to surface and shape ideas with strong growth potential. Ensure business development activities are informed by the Group's creative vision, and that new initiatives reflect cultural relevance, originality, and audience appeal.
  • Strategic Concept Development
  • Translate insights into actionable business models and growth frameworks. Participate in the early-stage shaping of concepts, services, and programs that have the potential to evolve into major group-led ventures or experiences.
  • Thought Leadership and Trend Monitoring
  • Monitor global cultural, creative, and experiential trends to ensure the Group stays ahead of the curve. Contribute to internal strategic conversations and position the Group as a forward-looking leader in the cultural industries.
  • External Engagement and Representation
  • Represent the Group in strategic forums, industry events, and exploratory discussions with partners, institutions, and future collaboratorsserving as a connector between vision and opportunity.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Strategic Management, Cultural Industries, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or venture buildingpreferably within creative or cultural sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating new business models and launching growth initiatives.
  • Strong ability to navigate strategic conversations and bring new ideas from concept to execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must. Proficiency in any additional language is considered a strong asset.
