Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare the holding company's budget at the beginning of the year in coordination with all departments and under the supervision of the Head of the Financial Affairs Sector to ensure that the budget complies with the main objectives and financing capabilities according to the company's strategic direction.
  2. Periodically review departmental expenses and ensure their compliance with the company's budget.
  3. Develop and submit reports on budget biases and deviations, while performing the necessary analyses and sharing them with the Head of the Finance Sector to improve the processes of managing expenses and financing.
