We support all AWS data centers, managing servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure continuous access to our customers. Your role will involve collaborating across AWS to uphold safety and security standards while providing extensive capacity at minimal cost. Role Overview

We are seeking Data Center Technicians for our Infrastructure Operations team. These technicians troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, fiber, networking, and other infrastructure components. You will oversee the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure within AWS data centers, becoming the primary resolver for your support team and developing troubleshooting skills across hardware and software cases.

You will resolve most infrastructure issues independently and escalate complex problems to specialized teams as needed.

Key Job Responsibilities

• SAFETY: Maintain high safety standards, promote a safety-first culture, and lead safety initiatives.
• DATA CENTER OPERATIONS (DCO): Diagnose hardware and network issues, perform repairs, troubleshoot within SLAs, conduct root cause analysis, and handle equipment physically, including manual lifting within regulatory weight limits.
