Job Summary

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Department: FP&A

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose

To conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, develop insightful financial models, and provide strategic recommendations to support informed decision-making and drive business growth. This includes monitoring financial performance, identifying trends and risks, and contributing to the overall financial health and strategic objectives of the organization.

Job Responsibility

• Review the monthly submissions from BUs for adequacy, consistency of financial information and insightful commentary
• Follow-up and resolve submission of outstanding Monthly Management Report from BUs
• Prepare and update a Monthly Management Report submission scorecard for all reports received from BUs
• Ensure completion of monthly Saudization Report for BUs – MMR Appendix
• Prepare ExCom meeting summary report
• Provide ongoing decision-making support to the BU finance team
• Explore avenues for cost savings and volume discounts using collective Group size and resulting Group synergies
• Assist FP&A function safeguard BUs from financial risks arising out of exclusive distributorship agreements, joint venture agreements, transfer pricing arrangements, fixed dealer margins agreements etc.
• Prepare a Historical Financial Dashboard (extract of financials and key analytics) for BUs

Update the Historical Financial Dashboard post year-end / budgetary signoffs

• Assist in updating and maintaining the BU Finance manual

Recommend improvements to BU Finance Manual and support in the implementation of procedures and controls

Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments as requested the BU leadership team and/or FP&A function
