Job Description

Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading figure in the development of entertainment and cultural experiences in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Assistant Manager - Procurement to enhance our procurement operations. In this pivotal role, you will assist in managing procurement activities and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure all procurement needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drafting and managing RFX, following QIC policies and best industry practices as effective tools in all procurement and contracting cycles, covering sourcing, supply, contract pre-award, award, and closure activities.
  2. Prepare, coordinate, and manage all activities related to RFX (review/validate SOW, build the RFX, manage pre- and post-bidding processes including technical and commercial evaluations, negotiations with bidders, and award recommendation reports).
  3. Lead and operate the full contract lifecycle from drafting, T&Cs negotiations, to incorporating the effects of negotiations to achieve mutually agreed agreements in alignment with the legal team and relevant stakeholders.
  4. Provide procurement/contracting advice and guidance to non-procurement staff within the business.
  5. Administer contracts during execution, including extensions, terminations, amendments, change orders, and disputes (if any).
  6. Assist in drafting and developing QIC's suite of templates in coordination with the legal team and relevant stakeholders.
  7. Assist in formulating, implementing, and improving QIC's procurement policies and procedures.
  8. Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in procurement and contracts within a corporate environment.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  3. Holding a CIPP, CIPPM, or CIPS Diploma is preferred.
