An exciting opportunity is available for Superintendent - Offline Production, based in Dammam, KSA, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Superintendent Offline Production who will supervise the activities of an operating unit or small area. The role involves coordinating activities among operators and technicians to ensure all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising work activities and coordinating field operations for a unit or small area.
• Overseeing planned maintenance activities.
• Operating a permit-to-work system to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conducting observations on unsafe/safe acts and reporting promptly.
• Managing personnel actions, including training, performance appraisal, and discipline.
• Preparing shift/daily reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Interpreting problem reports and monitoring work quality by maintenance or vendors.
• Setting job priorities based on schedules and making daily assignments.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma level education and qualification.
• At least 4 years of experience with a diploma or high school certificate plus 2 years of supervisory experience.
